Say what?   You may think it’s crazy to say you should never count carbs or calories if you want to lose weight.  I thought so too. . .once.  If you are still waiting to lose the fat (How long has it been now?  Be honest!) there are a few things about weight loss you need to get straight. . .

Fighting Mother Nature will never make you thin.  You must learn to work with your body’s natural programming.  That means eating!   Carbs are not your enemy.  In fact, if you fuel your body with the proper fat burning nutrition program, you can have your pasta, potatoes AND bread. . just don’t overdo it!
